A FedEx package handler can expect to earn starting pay of $10 to $12 per hour depending on store location and experience.
  • Driver -A delivery driver is responsible for driving a FedEx truck, picking up shipments, and delivering packages on time. Drivers must have valid driver's licenses, clean driving records, and may be required to have a special license in order to operate some vehicles. FedEx drivers who excel on the road have the potential to advance into the ranks of management. Delivery Drivers with FedEx typically start earning wages between $13 and $15 an hour depending on location and experience.
  • Management - FedEx shipping facilities require managerial teams consisting of administrative associates, department heads, managers, and other supervisors. Management workers perform job duties like interviewing, hiring, training, firing, scheduling, and motivating team members. FedEx managers usually earn a salary between $30,000 and $55,000 per year depending on job title, store location, and professional experience.
