Delivery Drivers with FedEx typically start earning wages between $13 and $15 an hour depending on location and experience.
• Management - FedEx shipping facilities require managerial teams consisting of administrative associates, department heads, managers, and other supervisors. Management workers perform job duties like interviewing, hiring, training, firing, scheduling, and motivating team members. FedEx managers usually earn a salary between $30,000 and $55,000 per year depending on job title, store location, and professional experience.
