Head, Learning & Performance
 
The role:
The purpose of the role is essentially to create value, maximize potential of WFMC and improve business performance for clients through a professional execution of various types of projects that cut across Learning & Performance offerings.
 


Key Functions:
•             Assist the Lead Consultant/CEO in building a unique strategy for the organization and take responsibility for driving the execution of the strategy. Work with the CEO in defining the strategic thrust of the company on a continual basis (in response to changing market conditions).
•             Lead all Learning & Performance project of the organization and ensure quality and World class delivery on projects at all times.
•             Assist in building World class consulting capabilities and practices in WFMC.
•             Responsible for initiating and development of new business lines and services for the company. Also responsible for significantly raising quality levels of all our proposals, presentations, training manuals.
•             Manage Strategic Support Unit of the organization which consists of HR, Admin, IT and Facility Management units.
•             Improve internal business processes to make the organization execute projects for clients using world-class standards.


Required Skills & Experience:
•             Minimum of 8 year HR experience
•             Membership of CIPM, CIPD, SHRM and other relevant professional bodies
•             Excellent communication skill
•             Strong Facilitation and Mentoring skill
•             Strong Leadership skill
